NIX is not a broker, is not associated with any particular broker, and does not provide financial trading services of any kind. NIX does not invest clients’ capital in the financial markets. All funding of clients’ accounts is hypothetical. NIX is a privately owned brand name. It does not operate as a financial institution of any type, nor is it a broker, broker marketing platform, or investment service. NIX does not accept investor capital. NIX is aware of the regulatory requirements within the United States of America and operates in accordance with those laws.

You may not purchase an account on behalf of a third party, nor may an account be purchased for you by a third party. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. If you suspect that your account has been breached, you must immediately notify NIX. Traders are again limited to one active account per Audition level, unless prior written approval is obtained..

SECTION 7 – Guidelines. NIX will display the guidelines associated with the Services on its website and via email upon opening an account. These guidelines, which may change from time to time at NIX’s sole discretion, are incorporated in full into this Agreement . NIX makes no promise, guarantee, or warranty, express or implied, regarding any performance evaluation, monetary payments, or any other form of compensation or reward for your performance as a trader. Should we identify any Prohibited Trading activities in your trading, your participation in the program will be terminated and any profit share will be reduced to 0%. Furthermore, before receiving a funded account, NIX will review your trading activity under these Terms and Conditions to assess whether it constitutes Prohibited Trading. In cases of Prohibited Trading, you will not be granted a funded account and you will be banned from opening anothe raccount. SECTION 13 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS . Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
